--Apr 2 2023Sometimes hiking is about the destination, but on this day the promise of spectacular scenery was replaced by beautiful fog. This hike was all about the journey, and the journey was great.
We traveled to the NSW Southern Highlands and got up early for a hike in the Budderoo National Park out to take in three lookouts with famed views over the Kangaroo Valley. On the drive out there the weather had really set in, and I was feeling a little down about the low likelihood of capturing images of the view. However, a prompt from Belinda reminded me that this would be a great opportunity for moody fog images!
